We’ll provide a temporary loan vehicle for up to two working days while yours is being repaired.
If your vehicle can’t be fixed straight away, we’ll pay reasonable public transport costs for you and your passengers.
If your vehicle can’t be fixed straight away, we’ll pay reasonable air travel costs for you and your passengers.
We’ll pay for a night’s accommodation, for you and your passengers while your vehicle is being repaired.
If repairs are not completed before you return home, we can arrange for one person’s travel to collect the vehicle.
If your vehicle breaks down, simply call Ford Assist on 0203 564 4444 and we’ll get someone out to you as fast as we can. If we’re unable to fix the problem there and then, we can help you in other ways such as providing a replacement vehicle, organising costs for alternative travel to your destination or even covering hotel accommodation for you and your passengers.

By Car
Leave M4 at Jct 33. Take the A4232, signposted for Cardiff West, Barry and Cardiff Airport. After approximately 4 miles, take the exit signposted Leckwith. At the roundabout go straight over into Hadfield Road. Continue to the end of the road and at the traffic lights turn left onto Penarth Road. Fordthorne can be a found a short distance along on the right hand side.
By Rail
Fordthorne is served by Grangetown station, which is within 1/4 mile of the dealership. A frequent service is scheduled to run to Cardiff Central.
