Our showroom has been adapted to ensure social distancing whilst test drives, service appointments and handovers have been revised to ensure you remain safe at all times. We are following the Ford Care Code throughout the business which means the highest standard of safety at all times. Is Fordthorne Transit Centre’s showroom open?
In line with the latest government guidelines, our physical showrooms are closed. We are online only for all digital enquiries and our staff can still call you to provides quotes and information, click and collect is available whilst service remains open. Can I still talk to the sales team online or by phone if I don’t want to come in?
Yes of course, we can offer appointments on the phone as well as video calls to show you around vehicles.
Is Fordthorne Transit Centre’s service department open?
Service facilities are available for new and returning customers, but to keep everyone safe, we are operating with a smaller team, reduced opening hours and pre-booked appointments only. We are also not providing courtesy vehicles or any customer waiting area at this time. Please do not make an unnecessary journey to see us if you haven’t had an appointment confirmed. Am I able to buy a vehicle and sign documents online?
You can reserve a vehicle by contacting us, but would need to come into the showroom to sign paperwork; we have a designated finance pod where you can sign documents safely and contact free.
Are test drives running again?
If you are interested in a specific vehicle, please ask a member of the sales team about unaccompanied test drives.
Will a new/used vehicle be delivered to my home address?
We would not able to deliver the car to you directly but can ensure the vehicle is deep cleaned and sanitised ready to be picked-up from our showroom.
Are your phone lines still open; what is the best way to get in contact with you?
Phone lines are open again but due to demand and capacity, we apologise in advance if there is any delay. You can also contact us on live chat, social media, or fill out a relevant enquiry form on the website where one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
I make monthly payments on my car, how can I get support?
If you have finance concerns, it is best contact the Finance company that the query relates to, we have put the finance company links below where you can contact them direct.
