Useful Load-Through Storage

Carry items up to 3.0 metres in length in the L1 van, thanks to the clever load-through bulkhead. L2 models are capable of holding 3.4-metre long items. (Load-through bulkhead is standard on Trend and Limited vans)

Impressive Load Space

Transit Connect features a full design of steel bulkhead that increases usable load space by approximately 50 litres. There’s also enough room in the Transit Connect for two Euro-pallets or four standard 8’ x 4’ boards in the load box.

Useful Stowage Everywhere

More Practical Side Mounted Cargo Restraints

Tie-down points are usually mounted on the floor. But they can be hard to get at when you’re trying to secure your cargo to your commercial vehicle. So, Transit Connect has tie-down points positioned just above the floor on the side wall of the load space. This leaves the floor clear of obstructions, making access more convenient, eliminating dirt traps and allowing for convenient cleaning.

A Brighter Lit Cargo Area For Easier Loading

Load space lamps are fitted as standard. You can also specify the option of ultra-bright LED lighting if required.

Specially Designed Protection For Your Load Floor

An optional easy-clean load-floor liner means you don’t have to install your own covering. This heavy- duty floor makes it effortless to slide goods in and out, makes sweeping and cleaning quicker and easier, and will help maintain the residual value of your van.

With the Ford Transit Connect Active our most versatile van is now more capable than ever. The mid-sized Transit Connect features sophisticated technologies, up to 3.6 cubic metres of loadspace, and can carry up to 982 kg of cargo.

EcoBlue diesel engines allow up to 120 PS of power and torque. And now the Active addition is also available with an optional mechanical Limited-Slip Differential to make driving on difficult terrain effortless.
