About Fordthorne


	Fordthorne holds the Ford Main Dealer Franchise for the West of Cardiff, including the towns of Penarth, Barry and parts of the Vale of Glamorgan. It is a successor to the original Ford Franchise holder in Cardiff, which was established in 1922. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Penarth Commercial Properties Ltd. Employing over 100 staff, our company has a short and succinct mission statement:

"To provide outstanding levels of employee and customer satisfaction, and thereby keep them for life." The company successes in achieving this mission statement and can be measured in the low staff turnover and high customer retention that it enjoys. The company has won numerous 'Customer Satisfaction' awards from Ford Motor Company and we are proud to be national award winners for customer care.
